Brandy went above and beyond for us! We are in love with our new home! Everyone knows that right now the market is insane! There were times me and my husband wanted to quit but thankfully Brandy was by our side! We love our home and we love Brandy!!

There are not enough words I can say to express how greatful we are for Brandy. She was so patient and so much fun to go house hunting with. We would text her all the time and call her all the time with questions and she was always so welcoming and understanding, never frustrated with us for texting her past her work hours. Even on her vacation she had a friend show us a house so we wouldn't miss out on a potential forever home. When we found our home we were in a multi offer situation and Brandy pulled all the tricks and made all the changes to our offer that ended in us getting the first house we ever put an offer in. We were so thrilled and excited that her recommended changes are what sealed the offer for us! I could honestly write a novel about how amazing she is. We will refer her to everyone we know, in the end of this experience we gained a great friend and we are so happy we got a chance to work with her!

Brandy Bryan of Danberry Realty in Toledo, Ohio listed our property @ 7213 Cloister Road in October 2016, she was one of 4 realtors interviewed, she was selected because she was the most prepared and also very sincere in her presentation. We were told by others that we would be lucky if we could sell our property by May of 2017, well, Brandy brought us a very good offer by mid January of 2017 and we accepted. She treated us as if we were her only client throughout the short process and she was very diligent in her approach to selling our home. Brandy was very easy to work with and very accommodating to my schedule. She does not use her cell phone to take pictures of the home, she actually has a professional photographer come to you home and the pictures/video turned out amazing. These little extra details she includes in the selling of a home made for a quick sale. My house sold in 12 days. I would definitely recommend using Brandy to sell or buy a home.

Brandy is amazing! She told us what needed to be done to sell the home and we did in 1 week. She also found my sons home for him and negotiated that deal!
