Breckenn did an outstanding job at working with us on finding a home! He was quick to reply and get us home tours! He was also very personable. He also offered us knowledge on things we did not know as we were first time home buyers! He is definitely on of the ones who care! Couldn't have been better. Mr. Neumann took the time to show us several homes. When we decided on one we wanted he pointed out several places hat would need be addressed. He negotiated a price with benefits which aided both the seller and us. I found that skill to be deal maker.
