Brian sold my home in April of 2021. I am very grateful to have found Brian; his enthusiasm for the sale, knowledge of the area and product, and professionalism in all things were more than I could hope for. Brian promptly keeps appointments, treats all involved with professionalism and respect, and only makes statements and promises that he can keep. Brian met with my wife and I at our convenience, toured and evaluated our home, set a target sales price, and predicted the home would sell within a week. Brian professional handling of our entire sale achieved a higher-than-expected purchase price, and he sold the home within three hours of it being listed. The entire process, from initial tour to deposited funds took less than a month. I no longer live in the area (Las Vegas, NV), but I would always use Brian and his Team in the future; I cannot imagine another agent could exceed Brian in professionalism, meeting expectations, and closing a sale, as promised.
