Brian was recommended to me by a friend and he was able to show me houses right away after I contacted him. This was my first home-buying experience, so I had numerous questions about houses, the buying process, legal jargon, inspections, etc., and Brian was very patient with me and explained everything in a way I was able to understand. When looking at houses, Brian was straightforward and let me know what would or would not be problems. During the final negotiations, Brian requested everything I asked, though I never saw negotiations in person, so I can't fully rate how those went; but Brian guided me in making reasonable requests especially given the circumstances of a seller's market and dealing with difficult parties on the other end of the deal. In the final days leading up to closing, Brian helped me feel comfortable with the house and prepared for the things that needed to be taken care of right after closing, he didn't just hand me the keys and leave and that really made me feel like I wasn't alone in the process. Overall, I would recommend Brian, especially if you want an agent who is honest and straightforward.

Brian is responsive and knowledgeable, quick to answer any questions or resolve concerns. Helped find contractors or services when needed. Kept in touch. This is the 3rd property we've worked on with him. Excellent agent. All that and a great sense of humor to boot!

Brian worked hard and had great knowledge on what it takes to buy to house in the Twin Cities. As a first-time home buyer he was able to teach the ins and outs, all while taking a patient approach to the process. I would highly suggest Brian to any potential home buyer!

Brian has now helped me buy and sell two houses and is wonderful! He’s super knowledgeable, great at negotiating on behalf of his client and goes above and beyond to help in every situation! He was able to get over full ask with multiple offers on the sale of my house within 3 days and helped us get the most competitive price on a new construction home within 48 hours of starting our search! Very knowledgeable realtor! He helped us sell our house fast! Now we are looking to buy with him. With his experience he can tell you what he thinks of the build quality of a house, which is very helpful when dealing with new construction. Thanks for helping us find a great home!
