Brock was recommended to me by my mum who is also a real estate agent. He was nothing short of professional and extremely patient with my husband and my in-laws who were very particular with the type of home they wanted. He spent hours on end on several different occasions taking us to look at properties before we finally settled on a new construction. I cannot recommend him enough! Brock helped us accomplish something we didn't think was possible! He skillfully guided us through the process of both selling our condo and purchasing a single family home. The staging (incredible value added service!) that Signature Home Sales provides was integral to getting the most return on our sale, which ultimately allowed us to make the transition to our new home. Coordinating both of these transactions required extensive knowledge and finesse, which Brock demonstrated throughout the process. Prior to meeting Brock, we met with other realtors who were not willing to take on these challenges -- but Brock's persistence and dedication allowed us to accomplish these seemingly impossible goals! I spoke with Brock when I had issues regarding my eligibility with my VA loan with another real estate agent and their lender. He took hours out of his day on multiple occasions to help guide me through the process of properly getting my VA loan together, he directed me to the best lender I could ask for, and gave me my dream house as my first house. When it came to wanting to know how the process of buying a house worked, Brock was always there with an answer. Being the kind of person that I am, I picked his brain on a ton of things. Once I was ready to put an offer in on the house I LOVED, I was confident that I wasn't getting into anything that I'd later regret. Brock was able to get me a house in the Clover Hill development of Frederick, MD that appraised for $420,000 for the price of $400,000 without paying anything in closing costs. He also set me up with a lender named Amy Wolfe with Direct Mortgage Loans and she was able to get my interest rate at 3.37% at a fixed rate! I also got almost my entire earnest deposit check back! That was a huge help to have when I moved in. I couldn't be happier with how this entire process went and I have an AMAZING NEW HOUSE to show for it! Brock is a smart real estate agent and I will absolutely refer him to any of my friends. Go with Brock! You'll be happy you did.
