Carli is an expert in her market and a master of her craft. Her initial meeting with me proved she was prepared, detailed, prompt, honest and professional regarding all aspects of the selling process. She was never “unavailable” for questions or concerns and communicated early and often. Always gave expert advice and feedback throughout the process. I would recommend Carli and her team to anyone!

We are so grateful to Carli and he team! Carli made us feel as if we were the only clients she was working with! Carli treated us like family! When we were almost giving up, Carli would say we will find you a forever home just watch and see! Carli never gave up and she kept looking and looking! Carli was very helpful in our last real estate search. We were not sure whether we wanted a house or a lot to build on. So she showed us some houses and several lots until we were able to find the exact lot that met our needs. She then helped us to negotiate a great price with the seller and guided us through the process to closing on the lot.

My husband and I recently purchased a home in Wilmington and had the pleasure of working with Carli Williams and Kurth Meeks. They made the entire process very easy and handled everything from start to finish, which was important to us as we lived out of town. When we saw a listing we were interested in, Carli immediately scheduled a tour and did a virtual showing for us. She was very thorough and did a fantastic job of accurately portraying the home and making us feel like we were seeing the house in-person. Kurth took care of scheduling inspections, meeting contractors, getting quotes, and scheduling work for us. He was very detailed, listened to our requests, and answered all of our questions. The contractors Kurth and Carli recommended to us were also fantastic and great to work with. Even after closing, Carli and Kurth have continued to follow up and coordinate work for us performed by contractors. We would recommend Carli and Kurth to anyone. They are very knowledgeable, hardworking, honest, responsive, and dependable.
