I don’t even know where to start with how amazing Cathy was! We had worked previously with some realtors that were downright horrible at their job. I come from sales, so I know what great customer service and working hard for the customer looks like and Cathy went above and beyond that! We moved to Maryland from Virginia, and were not able to go see any home we were going to move in to, a “blind move” if you will. Upon learning this, Cathy immediately made a list of home that matched what was important to us and offered to go personally look at each house FOR US! I was mind blown! She went to the two houses we chose and took extra photos, measured the rooms and closet for us. Helped determine one of the homes, our sectional couch wouldn’t fit in one of the living rooms. AMAZING! She was there and on it, every step of the way. She would also keep us in the loop of what was happening and what to expect, so we didn’t have to wonder about anything. Our previous realtor would disappear for days without answer and I would have no idea what was going on or if I was being helped. Fast forward to moving time. Because the Navy was moving us, we couldn’t really give her an exact day or time that we would be there to get the keys. She put me at ease but being so relaxed and flexible. I was finally able to give her an exact time (the day of). I ended up getting stuck in traffic, literally in park for an entire hour and ten minutes. Cathy lives 45 minuets away, so was already waiting for our arrival at our new home. i felt horrible, but she assured me that she had a book with her to read and that it was no problem! Not to mention, we were just renting, not buying. I don’t know the commission she made off of renting, but she treated us like it was ten thousand dollars. You will NOT find a realtor that will this hard for you and with such ease and genuine care anywhere else! She made what could have been really scary move and a disaster home, to finding an adorable home and her making it easy every step of the way. You won’t be disappointed.
