Strong Agent, Very Easy to Work With Chad is a strong agent to have on your side. Although our offer wasn’t the highest bid, he was able to write an offer for us that couldn’t be refused but also protected us as buyers at the same time. He is also very easy to work with. No matter the time of day he would give us a fast response to any listings we wanted to see or learn more about. He is also knowledgeable on the listings we wanted to see, coming out of each showing with all of the information we needed to make a decision. I highly recommend making him your agent.

Chad has been helping me for months now! He never goes a month or even two weeks without checking in & always sending me new homes to check out as well as staying on top of updating the online portal he set up specifically for me! He is VERY helpful. If you’re looking for a great realtor, with no hesitation, I recommend Chad! He always responds within a timely manner, he is so kind & very very accommodating to your every need! You definitely won’t be disappointed. :)

As a first time home buyer Chad exceeded my expectations as a realtor. I inquired about a home on Zillow and Chad contacted me within minutes. We scheduled a showing as this was the first time meeting Chad. After 10 minutes of conversation we knew he was our guy. He made it very clear he had our best interest in mind and whatever it took he would get it done, and that he did. He explained the process very clearly and answered every single question we had. If he didn’t know the answer he made sure to get it for us and in a timely matter. He also kept us updated every step of the way. When it came time to put in our bid he gave us very good suggestions on how to get the strongest offer possible but never pressured us into anything. So grateful for his guidance and hard work. Highly recommend for anyone looking to buy a home especially first time home buyers.
