Charles came heavily referred to me from Family, and to no surprise. His hard work, knowledge, and attentiveness got the job done on time and one heck of a deal on my new house! Thank you Charles for all your hard work. I will recommend you to everyone I know in the future.

I've bought and sold 5 properties and have worked in an industry for 15 years that is closely associated with many realtors. Charles is by far the best realtor I've come across. He truly has your best interest in mind and is never "pushy" or too sales oriented. Very professional and poised. He jumped through hoops most others wouldn't to ensure we closed on time! Given we were buying remotely, we always felt Charles was on top of everything. In other words, we never had to micromanage and he was always thinking two steps ahead. Very blessed and grateful that we stumbled across him. He truly goes above and beyond the call of duty. Thank you for all the hard work Charles!

Charles was prompt, courteous, patient, knowledgeable and he turned us on to a great lender to get us through what could have been a trying time. If i need a realtor again I would use him in a heartbeat. And I would recommend him to anyone meeting a very good realtor.

Charles in the beginning you were pro-active with helping me find a house. However, when I decided on a house you did not ensure all repairs were completed to a good standard. You made a lot of promises, but didn't keep your word, and when things got tough you ceased contact without explanation when I desperately needed help. At closing I learned the repairs weren't complete, and I was told I could have delayed closing. That would have rendered me homeless as it was 3 days after Christmas, and I had already given notice at my address. You kept telling me TRR was a binding contract, but never enforced the TRR with sellers agent. You told me brick tuck pointing had been done. You sent one of your contractors who injected silicone into the brick at a cost of $100 so you could get the house to close. However, a proper job is estimated to be over $2,000.00. The windows needed new balancers, and double panes were failing. Also the electrical in some parts of my house are not working properly as well as one of the sinks not having hot water. All of this was in the TRR. Sellers agent sent her contractor to estimate repairs on the shed shortly after moving in. I told you I didn't want this particular contractor to do the work. I would seek my own estimate. I am not sure if you told Sellers agent i didn't want him to do the work because several months later this man showed up, and did a botched repair without my permission, which increased my estimate from $200 to over $850. You have left my family in financial distress. I learned there were several deaths in the home. I explained to you that I asked sellers agent at open house directly if anyone died in the house, and she told me the lady passed away in hospital, and that the son was special needs and thats why the bedroom smelled the way it did. I have later learned from the neighbors that the Lady Owner, and the Son both died in the house two weeks apart in June, and July 2016. They were both on hospice care inside the home. I also learned another family member died 15 years or so back. You stated the sellers agent was supposed to be 100% truthful if asked directly, and that you would go to your broker, and to the sellers agent's broker to take care of repairs, and ask them why she lied when asked. You stated her actions were unethical. I asked you at least 7 times for Oklahoma Real Estate Commission complaints procedure so I could make a complaint, and you never provided it. You did not pursue the fact that sellers agent was a cousin to the seller, and failed to disclose that in this transaction. Your actions, and lack of follow through have left my family with financial stress. We have very expensive issues to fix, and Its depressing to know what happened in this house. I hope that you don't have to go through what my family has gone through. You, and the sellers Agent both did us wrong.

I had such a great experience with Charles! He took care of everything and all I had to do was show up. We even looked at homes over independence day weekend! His team of people are equally awesome and I feel truly blessed to have worked with them all.
