As someone who needed to both buy AND sell a home, I was referred to Cheryl for her expertise and real estate savvy. Not only was she ready and completely able to answer my every question about various things (big and small), she was exceedingly available and responsive as an agent. In fact, I felt that Cheryl anticipated many of my questions and concerns before I even brought them up, and if I ever needed clarifications or advice, she was immediate with a clear, helpful, and supportive approach. I cannot recommend Cheryl Eastbourne enough. Her work ethic and professionalism directly translated into a positive and successful homebuying and selling experience. We decided to sell our rental townhome whlie we were 1,500 miles from the Twin Cities. We selected Cheryl as our agent after asking Cheryl and two other agents to visit the unit and make marketing recommendations. Cheryl took pictures, made recommendations for repairs and replacement, including vendors. When the unit was listed, at a price that was realistic and consistent with the market and the neighborhood, we had 30 showings and a solid offer in seven days. Cheryl's many years of experience in real estate, her attention to detail, her market savvy, her understanding of what shows well, her recommendations for upgrades and preparation, her knowledge of the real estate market and the neightborhood, her experienced professional associates and service providers, all contributed to a successful and quick closing. And all this while we were 1500 miles away. Best real estate experience in nearly 60 years of buying and selling our homes.
