My wife and I purchased a home that was listed by Chris Karas and we worked without a broker. Chris was very helpful to us and while not technically our broker he referred us to a terrific mortgage person, Matt Siket at U.S. Bank and made the entire process quick and easy. Chris was very responsive and we would absolutely work with him and his staff again if the need arises.

I have known and worked with Chris for over 10 years. I met him Alan open house he was having and immediately realized his talent and hard working personality. Since then, Chris has handled over 10 real estate transactions and in access of $15,000,000 in sales for me. Always with the upmost intregity and diligence. Theres only one Agent to use in the valley, and Chris is it.

Chris was very informative and patient with us during this process. We are originally from another state and did not know the area very well nor did we know the different builders and the quality of each of the homes. Chris was happy to show us anything we wanted to see....even if it was not the type of home we really wanted. We came full circle and bought the house Chris knew from the beginning was a perfect fit for us. We just needed to see everything that was our there first before realizing how much we loved the house. It is a perfect fit for us. And we got it at the price we wanted. It was a fair price for us and for the seller!! Great job Chris!!! Thank you again

I have worked with several agents and I found that most don't listen, at least to the buyer. My profile was clear and after three previous agents I found Chris by luck, at an open house. I was looking for a home in Paradise Valley and still living in Manhattan NY so every house hunting trip was expensive and important. Chris listened to what I wanted, he did not waste my time and made sure that we were always on the same page before I flew to Phoenix with only a couple of days to view homes in PV. Chris knows Paradise Valley and is plugged in to what is going on including sellers/buyers motivations and works well with his collegues which in this case accelerated the sales process. After two years and nine trips of wasting my time with other agents Chris found exactly what I was looking for at the right price in two short trips. I highly recommend him. Richard V. Smith
