Yolanda has helped me on three home transactions to date and she is the best! She went above and beyond for me on all three transactions. She is professional, ethical, trustworthy, accommodating, courteous, positive and will do what it takes to make sure her clients are happy. Buying or selling a home can cause a lot angst. She is always very sensitive to my needs and provides complete transparency to ensure my trust is never compromised. I have come across many realtors over the years and they always disappointed me. Not Yolanda. In fact, I now consider her a good friend and feel very fortunate to have met her. I will be utilizing her services on all of my future home needs. She is an amazing person and realtor. Christian has both helped us buy and sell homes in the past and is an expert in the Tucson market. In both circumstances he has gotten the deal done with minimal trouble and he is an excellent communicator with his clients and with the other party.

Once we found our dream home and were ready to sell, Christian quickly got our house on the market with beautiful pictures. He was very fast in getting numerous showings, working to do so in a manner that limited the impact to our life, and he rapidly secured us multiple offers ultimately selling at our asking price. He also handled all negotiations and stepped us through the entire process from start to finish. You can absolutely trust his judgment and know that he has your best interests in mind. I highly recommend him.

Cristian guided me through the difficult process of getting a property ready for sale. We sold it almost immediately by doing all tasks such as painting, floors and garage door. We were surprised when the sales price was exactly what Christian quoted. Overall a pleasant experience with the entire process monitored and communicated in a professional manner.
