Christina was an absolute dream to work with. Very personable and listened to everything we said and asked for. Helped us work with every aspect of buying our first home and she was able to get us into the home of our dreams. We are forever grateful for how much she did for us and all the hoops she jumped through. I highly recommend her to everyone.

From start to finish Christina Jacobi is the Best!! Very professional and experienced, I used Christine for both selling and buying my home,She goes Above and Beyond!!Always on top of issues and communicated them clearly to me.Christina is Very Honest,Upfront and Punctual!! I would call and if she didnt answer , I always would hear from her within 10 minutes,If i wanted to look at a home she would schedule it usually within a day,couldnt ask for a Better realtor!! Thank You Christina!!!!!!!!

This is my third time using Christina as my realtor, she gets the job done. She has answered my questions quickly and effectively. In my opinion she has and will go above and beyond to make her clients feel comfortable and secure about their transactions. She was with me every step of the way. Referring me to a mortgage broker to the closing attorney. At one point she even made some calls to the town to find out some information that in the end saved me a lot of time and money. I would highly recommend Christina to anyone who needs an agent.

working with christina was a breath of fresh air. she is on time. she helped me with choosing houses and what best fit my family needs. she didnt stick to one type of thing for me because i was so indecisive but met all the needs we wanted. when booking days to go see houses she made sure she had a bunch in one day so i didnt waste a day off to see places. she actually showed me the house i ended up buying because i didnt see it on the market.she was just the realtor i needed because i ve been through a lot in my house hunt period. down to earth polite and very attentive

I’ve worked with quite a few real estate agents. I bought a multi family home back in 2017 with a different agent (before I found Christina) and it was a train wreck of an experience to say it politely. The agent wouldn’t respond for days, even with numerous calls and texts, didn’t keep me updated, made it feel like I was”unqualified” or as if he was doing me a favor my being my agent. I always got the impression that I was “too small” of game because I wasn’t buying a 1 million dollar home. Christina is different. Way different. It came time for me to buy my own single family home and seeing how I didn’t like my past agent I clicked on the “get a showing” button and that’s when I came in contact with Christina. Throughout the process I didn’t have to ever question that she was working for me, and making sure i liked what I was buying and comfortable with the price and terms of the offer I made for the house. Never once did I get an impression that she just wanted to close the deal to move on to the next client. Even when a deal fell through on a condo I was looking at she handled it very comfortably and ensured I got my deposit back and we continued looking. She sticks up for your side of things and tries her best to protect you from things you may or may not know about. She even found someone for the rental unit I was living in at my multi family to rent the unit. And THAT is “small game” to a realtor but again not once did I get that feeling. Within a day or two the listing was up and showings were scheduled. She is very responsive and most of the time she gave me an update before I can even ask for it. I can write a novel on how great the experience was. She has some great contacts for things that you may need (lawyer, inspector, etc). Just overall great experience. And I don’t write reviews very often so that says something. OH, and she brought a bottle of champagne for me at closing. I don’t know many agents that would give a nice gift like that. Thanks for everything Christina, I will be sure to come to you for all real estate needs.
