Chris began working even before the house was listed. He suggested improvements we could make to the house to increase the sale value. Once listed we had 3 offers within a few days. He explained the pros and cons to the offers and we closed very quickly without any problems.

When asked, he provided advice as to what should be done. We followed his advice and the house got sold...right away. Some houses listed months before ours are still awaiting buyers. There is no substitute for experience.

Chris took us on as first time home buyers and was very patient answering our many questions about the process. He really listened to what we wanted in a home purchase and ultimately led us to the home of our dreams. Being a first time home buyer and a single mother was very stressful, but Chris helped me from beginning to end. When my "dream home" went up in smoke due to a short sale and the bank we had to deal with, he knew i had limited time to find something else and encouraged me to "look outside the box", which i agreed, and found a home i loved even more! He worked tirelessly to make this home work for my particular situation, he even let me cry on his shoulder when we were down to the deadline and i started freaking out! Being a single mother, i don't know much about home improvements and such, Chris was very knowledgeable in every aspect from home structure to fixtures. I would highly recommend and already have recommend Chris to friends and family.
