Working with Christopher was a great experience. I was really nervous about working with a realtor again, although it had been 15years since I last had. Within 5 minutes of putting my name out there that I was selling my home, he called me and set up an appointment for the next day. When I met him in person for the first time he came across as very relaxed and confident. He was extremely easy to talk to and listened very closely to little things I said. Once i decided to use him as my realtor, everything went very quickly. He communicated to me every step of the way. Once we finished one step he would tell me the next one.there are times during the selling process that there is little to no news, but he would still text to let me know how things looked on his end. I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor and I highly doubt you will find a better one. A giant thank you to Christopher for giving me a great experience and helping me get to a new chapter in my life with little to no stress on selling my home.

If you want a super smooth and easy transaction then use Chris Smith. We are located out of state and Chris took care of everything, was an excellent and timely communicator, and just did a great job with everything, we couldn't have been happier. If Zillow allowed 10 stars, he would have earned all of them.
