We met Jan over two years ago and since then she has tried tirelessly to find us a home. She has guided us through the entire buying process. She helped us assemble a team to help us buy a home that guided us financially the entire way. Her knowledge of the entire process was reliable and trustworthy. Not once did we feel pressured or uncomfortable. She helped us feel confident with our final choice. She was always available for any question or concern we had. She is a committed and passionate women who only wants the best for her clients, that at the end of it all will be like family. At least that is our personal experience. Saying that Jan is the best is not quite the word to describe her hard work, dedication and sacrificing nature. She goes gone over and beyond. No one could have helped us and protected us from this crazy market like Jan did. Thank you Jan for your help and hard work!!!

Claire was my seller's agent in a tricky and time sensitive situation. She and her team are great -- diligent, responsive, knowledgeable, personable, committed, and caring. Claire knows the area well, does her research to make suggestions, listens to other ideas, and collaborates to get to the best result. She is a hard worker and doesn't shy away from doing the big and little things that a sale requires (with a remote seller and during a pandemic!) to get the job done. Based on my experience with her, I also think she'd be a terrific buyer's agent because she cares so much about helping the client get to the right place. I am very pleased with the result and highly recommend Claire and her team.

I had the pleasure of working with Claire Chivington while seeking for my very first home. Claire was super attentive, knowledgeable and friendly even when I had a million questions to ask. Claire made the home buying experience smooth and moved everything along nicely during the COVID-19 pandemic. I would recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a new home.
