From the first day he went above and beyond in ensuring our first time buyer experience was smooth and understandable. He of course could not fully prepare us for the experience but he was with us every step of the way, answering all questions, going above and beyond with ensuring we were staying focused and would end up happy with our final decision. When you first start looking for a real estate agent, you see reviews that make you wary of hiring anyone to help you with such a big purchase/change in your life, but finding Clayton was our dream come true. He made the whole process easy and as stress free as possible. We could not have gotten luckier to find someone so professional, timely, understanding, and helpful. We will be recommending him to all our friends and family and will be using him in the future ourselves!

Clayton was excellent to work with. As first time home buyers we had tons of questions and he went above and beyond to make us comfortable. It was a relief to have someone guide us through every step of the process. Very knowledgeable and friendly, I wouldn't hesitate to work with Clayton again.

This was our first time selling a home and Clayton made the entire process a very pleasant and effortless breeze; I would highly, highly recommend him to anyone! I had so many questions in an effort to fully understand the process and what we were getting for his services that I am sure I was more trouble for him. He was always polite, professional, thorough, available, and completely knowledgeable with regard to any comment or concern we had both prior to reaching an agreement with him and never once waivered clear past closing. We were completely satisfied with the offer we ended up accepting and he helped me keep focused through some final details regarding our new buyers. We agreed, during the sell process, to utilize the partnership with Clayton to purchase our next home as well and he informed us of every possible angle of the buying end as well. Until we found the home we decided to make an offer on, Clayton took many phone calls and texts from me at all hours of the day and on weekends as we searched through several homes in our attempt to find what we wanted. He fought hard for us to maximize our next investment with many back and forth efforts with the seller of our eventual new home. Right from the start, Clayton eased my mind of the stressful multi-layered process of both ends; buying and selling. He quickly developed a level of trust that is hard to earn from me in my own opinion and he maintained that trust throughout and I never had a single doubt that we made an informed decision allowing Clayton to lead us through what we considered at the time a difficult process. I will look for Clayton anytime I need the service he can provide and now feel like we are friends as well.

Worked with family members to help buy a home while I was in another state. Made sure that issues that were not right with the house got repaired before house was bought.
