We cannot say enough about how Shane and Lauren handled the sale of our property. They were extremely responsive both by phone and when necessary, in person. They understood that we did not want to spend a lot of money fixing up the home, but wanted to do what was necessary to make the home pop. We believe their suggestion to upgrade the carpet was the single most important decision we could have made. Before the stagers arrived, they helped move furniture and other items to clear the way. When we discovered a last minute leak the night before the walk through, Shane came out at 8:30 at night to help with the problem. These are just a few examples of how their personal hands on approach made a huge difference in getting our home sold. We would absolutely recommend them and wouldn’t hesitate to use their services again if the need were to arise.

I was referred to Shane and Lauren. They were not the only realtors I met with, but they blew me away by far from the very first impression. They truly care about helping people find the best home for their needs and they are some of the most genuine people I have ever met. The experience was as easy and as pleasant as possible thanks to them, and they are a great team to say the least. They fight for you in every step of the process. I am truly grateful to have met them and I will never work with anyone else. Seriously, call them.

These two kick butt with everything they do! No job or task is too big for them to handle, and if they don’t know. They use their resources to find out for you! So if you like working with the best, I advise you go with Cole and Lauren! Thanks to their hard work, I am now in my dream home and couldn’t be happier!
