Coleman was phenomenal in helping my wife and I find a tenant for our home. He was very responsiveness, and he went above and beyond to get the deal done. Also, Coleman was extremely resourceful in helping us find affordable yet efficient contractors for any damages we needed to address in our home. If I could give Coleman 1,000 stars I would!

Coleman was recommended to us by a friend after we had a horrific experience with an assigned Redfin agent and the experience with him was completely the opposite! He is responsive, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about real estate and the Atlanta area. (In fact, he helped us pick an area of town that we hadn’t thought about before but love!) He is a one-stop stop that helped us with everything including finding mortgage and contractor contacts and made our first home-buying experience seamless. I would definitely recommend him if you are looking to buy in the Atlanta area!

I’ve experienced the selling and buying rodeos and was dismayed until Coleman was referred by his colleague. Coleman was on my case immediately. He knew the urgency In getting my house sold and finding the one I wanted. He always took my calls, followed up on my interests, and showed me what I wanted to see. He always made good on his word. He advised me of the pros and cons of the properties I had interest in. I felt my satisfaction was what mattered to him. He's the very best Realtor I’ve ever experienced. I’ll definitely call on him again and will gladly refer him to others.
