Hiring Courtney was the best decision we could have possibly made. She took excellent care of my mom throughout the process of selling her home in La Jolla . Courtney is not your average agent -- she is EXCEPTIONAL and one-of-a-kind. You will receive great value and smart advice, but what stood out most to us was the human element she added. A real joy to work, I can't recommend enough!

What a blessing to have Courtney as our agent to sell the home! She is a very professional and responsible agent from the first day of interview and to the closing date. Due to COVID-19 situation, almost everything from the start of selling process was different from our previous experience and even unpredictable what used to be routine processes. She was extremely capable to understand our needs and diligent to provide all new information with incredible flexibility. Furthermore, she helped us greatly not only to transform our condo presentable, but also to provide competitive market analysis for our decision. The sale process was smooth and done quickly through her guidance, unlike our initial worry. It is obvious that she enjoys helping her clients with professionalism and kindness as she even checked in us with a beautiful plant after completion of sales process. I will recommend her to any of my friends without hesitation.

I was a first time home buyer and Courtney was honestly the best Realtor to have. I would definitely recommend Courtney to anyone who wants to buy any property. She is very honest about the process as well as works very well with you to hone in and figure out what you want! She is willing to work with you until you find your dream home with her, and there is no pressure. Overall a great person to work with, thanks Courtney!

We could not have asked for a better agent! Courtney has been amazing to us through the entire home searching and buying process. Before working with Courtney, the entire process seemed intimidating. When we started working with her, everything changed! She definitely knows her stuff, and does a great job explaining it in ways that are easy to understand. She answered every one of our questions happily and never made us feel like we were bothering her (we had a lot of questions!). She made the house searching process a breeze. We told her the general sort of place we were looking for, as well as used her website to set up filters for them also. She would let us know when houses would pop up on the market that she thought we would be interested in. As first time buyers, we weren't 100% sure on what we wanted, so as we started viewing places, she would listen to our feedback and ask questions, and then use it to help find us places that fit even more with what we were looking for. After we found THE ONE, Courtney worked tirelessly to help us set up inspections, get quotes, recommend services, everything! If plans changed, then she was on the ball and seamlessly made adjustments. Besides these normal buying activities, we did run into a pretty rare issue with the house we had to deal with, but instead of just letting us deal with it ourselves, Courtney jumped right in and took a lot of extra time helping us with that even though she had NO obligation to! I had to leave a review to give props to Courtney, because she has been so great to us. We've recommended her to friends already and will keep doing so, and if we are ever in the market again to sell or buy, we know who to contact!

Courtney was highly recommended to me by a good friend and neighbor.  Her reputation is unmatched in San Diego and quality of service that she provided was every bit as impressive!  As predicted, Courtney turned out to be a great match for me in that she was patient with me through the decision process.  We worked together almost a year before I finally made up my mind. She never once pushed me on my decisions; she listened and did her best to find homes to match my goals.  Courtney truly kept my best interest at heart. When we finally found a home to purchase, Courtney again listened to my concerns with price, and closing; she advised me well with an offer. Courtney represented me with both the purchase of my current home and with the sale of my prior home. Words cannot describe how smooth and transparent she made this process. Courtney priced my home to sell and had offers immediately once it hit the market. This made for a stress free experience for both the purchase and sale of my home.  I've only great things to say about my home buying and sale experience with Courtney as it was managed professionally and efficiently.  I trust Courtney and would not change anything had I to do it over.  She is truly concerned with your happiness and with helping to meet your goals.
