My boyfriend and I are first time home owners so that means a lot of questions. Craig was very knowledgeable and patient with us. He always answered all of our question in a timely manner. We are very happy with his professionalism and time that he took to find us our very first home! Thank you Craig!

We worked with Craig Vellar on our home/land purchase. He spent a lot of time showing us many different places, until we found the one. He was always knowledgeable and when we didn't have an answer, he worked to find it. Several times he pulled on his mud boots and rain jacket and walked 20 acres with us. Quite happy with our purchase and Craig was an amazing part of the process. Great service and we made a friend. Thanks Craig! The Russells

What an awesome experience Craig made buying our home from beginning to end! We weren't looking forward from moving from California to Missouri in a short time frame, but Craig assisted us personally in reviewing homes online, viewing videos made especially for us, and helped us understand the process! Craig went the extra mile to make our move more of a stress free experience than we were expecting! We will definitely be referring Craig to others in need of relocation services!

I travel a lot for business and sometimes it is hard to call by residence home. I have a lot of questions and expectations for what I want. Craig has met those expectations and even takes my calls late at night with full understanding of how crazy my schedule is. I am sure we will find what I want and I appreciate his patience and lack of pressure to make the sale.

Craig has been very helpful and responsive with my search for a home. He is going out of his way knowing that I may not even move. Uprooting a family is a huge decision but if we do decide to move I know that I will be in good hands when we pull the trigger. He has shown he houses that meet what I need. My wife has also been pleased with Craig.
