Christina Dougherty and her team helped prepare our house for sale. Her stager advised what furniture or decorations should stay or be put in storage, how to arrange the furniture, and even color selections for new carpets and paint. She has a list of vendors who helped with everything from washing the windows, replacing a broken window we hadn’t noticed, and of course paint and carpet. She brought in items for staging our house. We had 10 offers and she negotiated the best deal for us resulting in a sale hove the asking price. Highly recommend Christina send her team!

I have used Cristina for my last two home sales/purchases and she is very accommodating with helping with types of homes, locations, and coordinating tours.
