We used Cristina Dougherty as our realtor in Sterling, VA. She helped us as we sold a townhouse in Sterling and bought a single family home in Sterling. Cristina is the best. She is very knowledgable and a helpful person to have in our corner as we navigated the house buying and selling process. I would (and do) highly recommend working with to buy or sell a house. We were able to get our dream home even though we didn't have the highest offer because Cristina took the time to find out what the seller wanted and craft a great offer. Our townhouse that she helped us sell was under contract within 48 hours or so. Cristina and her team are always responsive and willing to answer any questions and makes the overwhelming process of buying and selling a house managable.

Cristina is a fantastic realtor for buying in Fairfax, Virginia. As a first time home buyer I wasn't too sure was to expect. Christina Dougherty and her team helped prepare our house for sale. Her stager advised what furniture or decorations should stay or be put in storage, how to arrange the furniture, and even color selections for new carpets and paint. She has a list of vendors who helped with everything from washing the windows, replacing a broken window we hadn’t noticed, and of course paint and carpet. She brought in items for staging our house. We had 10 offers and she negotiated the best deal for us resulting in a sale hove the asking price. Highly recommend Christina send her team!
