Dale was fantastic. He was supportive and kept us calm throughout the process. He was great at communicating. Dale helped with staging and upkeep when we were not around. He has great knowledge of the Seattle area and is well connected with realtors in the area. We recommend Dale without reservation!

Dale first represented us when buying our "grad school" home years ago. He happily advised us multiple times over the past several years as we contemplated upgrading to a bigger house to accommodate our growing family. Most recently, he skillfully led us through the sale of our first West Seattle home and the purchase of our new one. All three transactions with Dale have been very positive experiences. Dale was meticulous with selling our Edmonds, WA house. He knew exactly what needed to be done and how it needed to be staged in order to get it sold. He was extremely proactive and persistent, even when we weren't getting many offers in the beginning. We are very glad to have chosen and worked with Dale. He is extremely talented at what he does!
