To say 2020 was a challenging year would be an understatement. Buying a home in 2020, however, is a near impossible task. Luckily for our family, we have Ritu on our team. Ritu’s leading qualities were patience and perseverance which should also be the most important characters in an agent. Our situation maybe be unique, where we’re also selling a home as well as purchasing one in Temecula, but the length of time in the 2020 dynamic market has placed extra pressure in all of the decisions we had to make. Not to mention our “needs & wants” list was extra long. Sorry Ritu. To keep the story short, we got all of our boxes checked, at the price we could live with, at a perfect timing for a house that would be our home forever. We could not have done it without Ritu’s expertise and support. HUGE THANK YOU from our big family Ritu!!

I have worked with many real estate agents in the past but Dan Summers is the best agent I have used. I purchased investment properties in the past and this was the first time I made a purchase in California. Unfortunately, I had awful tenants that destroyed my property. Residing in the New York, it was nearly impossible for me to bring the property back to its original condition. I hire Dan Summers to renovate the property and list it for sale. Dan was able to use minimal cost to renovate the house and the outcome was better condition than it was before. The house looked truly amazing and sold for 60k above asking. Dan is an expert in real estate and I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Ritu is the most amazing Agent I have ever had the pleasure of working with. If I had questions she would answer or call back right away. She kept me updated as to the viewings of the house and offers. Selling or Buying a home is one of the most stressful things you can go thru, she made the transaction so smooth and seamless. I cannot say enough about how wonderful it was to work with her. I have another house that I am going to be selling and would only use her to be my agent.
