We started the buying process nearly a year before we finally closed on our home. Daniel is a brilliant broker! I cannot say enough good things about him. He recently found and helped us purchase a new construction house, before it even hit the market (amazing at this crazy time!). As out of state buyers this could have been an extremely difficult process, but Daniel was super responsive, took many trips to take pictures and videos of the progress on the house, and helped navigate a complex deal. We would not have been able to buy our dream house without Daniel - we cant recommend him enough - he is a pleasure to work with, smart, knowledgeable and can get the deal done!
