My wife and I have purchase many properties but had no idea what is involved in buying a florida condo. Darren was there at every step simplifying the overwhelming complicated process. Kim was outstanding! She was extremely knowledgeable about the area that we were looking for a home. She offered the names of reputable resources to help us locate all of the necessary individuals to help us through not only the purchase of our new home, but those in our former area as well.
