David was a true pro and so easy to work with. He helped guide us through every step in the process, starting with selecting the timing to go live with our listing, staging it, holding two open houses the first weekend, and negotiating with the 5 prospective buyers that the open houses generated. We navigated the sale with our first choice of buyers, leading to a close of escrow just 28 days after our listing went live on February 19. Bottom line - he's an outstanding agent who I highly recommend.

David was a fantastic agent and literally the best to work with! He is very professional, knowledgeable, and honestly is just so much fun. He does everything with excellence. He fully prepared us for the process of selling our home and thoroughly walked us through each step. He patiently answered every question we had and ensured our comfort every step of the way. He provided multiple solutions/options when we had challenges arise. He is a man of great character and integrity. We were super lucky to have him represent us:)

We have been renting in Southern California for over a decade and wanted to purchase a home. We have a big family and needed lots of space and an ADU. When the opportunity came for us to start looking I immediately knew who I was going to use. David is professional, he has integrity, we felt completely confident he was representing us well to the other agent. I found David via social media in 2019 and although we weren't ready to sell our home at that point, I continued to follow his real estate business. Every once in awhile I'd pop into his DM's to ask advice, or questions him about the market and he was always happy and willing to provide me with his honest and expert advice. When it was time for us to list our house, David gave us solid guidance about the market, how we could improve our house to obtain the best price in the ever changing real estate market, referred us to all the appropriate companies to get our house in listing condition and was always available instantly to answer any of our questions. His reassurances helped immensely when there were bumps in the road and he was always immediately available via phone call, text or email. He never left me hanging, waiting for answers. He also helped us to find our dream home and was our biggest cheerleader when we were in the process of purchasing it. We always felt David supported and validated us, that we were making the best financial decisions in a volatile market. I have worked with many realtors in my life and David far surpasses all of them, hands down. He is professional and the best person for your real estate needs. I am honored to have worked with him and would never hesitate to recommend him for all your real estate needs.
