David Kim group is awesome! Cathy Byun helped my family to find a good house and to buy my first home. She taught me every detail from A to Z how to check the home conditions and how to prioritize my needs. And her response was so fast. Additionally, she was so kind to my kids every time. My kids also like her a lot. Appreciated it!

David Realtor and his team are absolutely amazing! They were so patient and thorough, answering all of my countless questions without hesitation. David went out of his way, traveling to countless properties to make sure I found the right fit. He didn't just stop there; he asked all the right questions to sellers, making sure I didn't miss a thing. And when it came to bidding in auctions, his advice was priceless. Even after the bidding was won, he continued to provide invaluable tips on remodeling and preparing for the big move.
