I can't speak highly enough of our experience with Dawn Murrain. I am a first-time homebuyer with very little knowledge about finding the right place. She was accommodating, from finding a lender's credit repair information to ultimately closing the deal. She is honest and hands-on (she even went from house to house, and she did not complain and said, "this is what I am here for.") She helped to take the pressure off me thinking I was wasting her time. I never felt forced to make an offer, and when I finally found the "one," I hoped that the seller would accept my offer. Dawn walked me through every step of the negotiations, even submitting a letter with the proposal to the sellers to explain why we thought they should choose me. That was an extra added value approach in this current market, but it worked, and I thank Dawn for that every day! If anyone comes around saying they are in the market to buy or sell, I will always recommend Dawn.

She is amazing at what she does. I couldn't have asked for a better Real Estate Agent. She kept us informed about the whole process. She listened to what we were looking for in a home. She also Thank you, Dawn.
