Deborah is extremely professional and conscientious. She follows through on every request and is totally responsive to her clients . Every detail and question that we had was followed though immediately and this made the process easier for us Deborah found us a coop apartment in White Plains which met our very specific needs. She is also a lovely person to deal with!

Deborah was awesome from the beginning until the end. She never let us give up. Keep pushing us forward to make our dream come true. Even when have to deal with amanagement company that didn't help us at all.

I used to work in real estate so I'm familiar with the process. Debbie was initially responsive but stalled when I wanted her to schedule showings. She had promised to send me the agent representative agreement which she never did (it takes less than 1 minute to complete the form) and used it as an excuse to not schedule showings. She claimed she was too busy. Now I have been working with a rookie real estate agent in Manhattan who is 100x more efficient and effective. I would not recommend Debbie in a fast pace buyer's market.

Deb was outstanding from the very first meeting. She went out of her way to make sure she knew what I wanted before we started searching. She called me right away after I clicked on a listing, and was super helpful about narrowing down. The best thing about Deb is she is not pushy at all. She genuinely wants her client to feel comfortable in their home as well as with the cost. She is transparent about the issues with the home, her opinion, what’s worth it, and not worth it. Her bedside manner was calm and very professional. After months of searching , I just purchased a home in my dream neighborhood! I can’t believe it, and best part, she was super strategic with price! It’s my first home purchase and , although she is not my first realtor, she was the best ! I am excited to refer her to my friends and family. Also , she knows NY ! Which everyone knows is a challenging market :). Well done, Deb! And thank you ! ??

Deborah was a great choice for the sale of our home. She marketed the listing in such a way that we had numerous immediate inquiries and showings. We received multiple offers in the first few days and sold quickly. She is very professional and knowledgeable of all aspects of real estate. She has excellent follow through and communication skills. I enjoyed working with her and found her to very honest and fun to work with. A great choice for our sale!
