My husband and I are really happy we chose Christine Welch as the real estate broker to sell our home in North Andover. Christine was awesome throughout our home-selling process. In the beginning when we decided to put the house on the market, her advice and recommendations about decorating and aesthetic improvements proved to be spot on. Christine and her team at William Raveis were professional and knowledgeable about marketing the home and on-line advertising, so that our MLS listing was impressive and top notch, and was seen by every potential buyer. Throughout the selling process, she was always available by phone or even in person and gave us the information we needed to know. Selling the family home where our children were born and raised is highly emotional and stressful, and Christine helped us to stay focused and in the right frame of mind. She worked as a sellers agent for us, but we can attest she is fair and balanced and even the agent for the couple who bought our house could not stop praising Christine, and stated she enjoyed working with her. Throughout our home-buying process, Kim Doherty was incredibly communicative. She promptly answered calls and emails and kept us informed about every development. Kim’s ability to clearly explain complex contract details was invaluable. Her strategy during the negotiation phase was impressive, as she leveraged her market knowledge to our advantage.
