Debbie was a great find in a land of Realters (Cape Coral) . Her knowledge of Florida law helped me on several cases (lead paint for instance). She was always looking for anything hidden on property site and on paper. She was protecting me from the start and I have sold and bought a few properties in my day. She was on the spot in coordinating everything and everybody. It was as pain free as it can be. Trust was the main thing I took from this experience.

Excellent. She is very helpful with anything and everything. A text or phone call and she was very prompt to answer. Never too busy to answer any questions we may have had. Always working to get the best for her clients. I would highly recommend her to anyone.very impressed with her work ethic. When she sets a time she is there!

With us being out of state during the sale process, Debbie was so helpful. Debbie has excellent communication skills and always let us know what was happening with our home. Debbie went out of her way to check on our home and reported back if there were any issues. She was always available to answer questions and thought out of the box when things were slow. She knows the process and keeps on schedule communicating with the seller's agent, title company and lender to ensure a smooth process and closing. We really appreciated her help and guidance. As first time home buyers, my partner and I were pretty clueless as to the whole process of even purchasing a home looked like let alone how to start looking for one. We were incredibly lucky and blessed to be introduced to Debbie from our Loan Officer after we received pre-approval. Debbie from the very beginning walked us through the entire process step by step which helped us immensely. She is exceptionally detailed whether it was showing us houses that we were interested in or explaining to us how the negotiation process would go Debbie is absolutely on it. I swear she was probably a lawyer in a past life the way Debbie was always able to take care of us well. Debbie is very well prepared and will make sure that you are just as prepared too which I loved. She's the kind of person to be one step ahead at all times so that way there's wiggle room to move things around if needed. Debbie is also very prompt, if we had a question about anything, if it be about a specific house, deadlines or even with our loan she was always ready for an answer for us. Our loan officer mentioned that she has much experience with first time home buyers so her patience is absolutely perfect for anyone who is looking to buy a home for the first time. Truly she answered every question we could think of and there are never any stupid questions with her! She is very thorough when it comes to showing homes as well and as long as you explain exactly what you are looking for, you will get all the details you need right from her. Debbie will make sure that home you are looking for is the best, and she will never want you to settle. She gave us the confidence we needed to really dig deep and look for our perfect home. We are proud to say that our mission is about to be accomplished. We are currently 2 weeks away from close and I'm so happy we were able to have Debbie on our team. She advocated for us really well even during the negotiation process and it only took us about 2 months of looking at homes before we were able to find our current home! We are beyond blown away by Debbie's work throughout our process and if by chance we ever need another realtor in the future, I will definitely be calling her to help us again.

Debbie was very easy to work with. Provided me with excellent advice and a direct to the point evaluation of my condo. She kept me updated throughout the process and was very responsive for questions and concerns. As with any real estate transaction there can be some bumps along the way. Debbie was quick to handle all issues in a timely and professional manner. I relied heavily on Debbie as I was out of state for the entire process. I felt comfortable and confident that Debbie had everything under control, and was a valuable advocate. I'm sure I'm not aware of all the small details that needed attention behind the scenes with my transaction, but she ensured the process was smooth and stress free. Bottom line, my condo SOLD quickly at a fair price in a highly unusual market. I would not hesitate to recommend Debbie to any seller or buyer who is looking for a competent no nonsense Agent.
