The best realtor out there!!! After months of looking around the market, we decided to reach out to Debra. That was the best decision we could have made in our home buying process! She has exceptional knowledge of the market and clearly informed us of that. She communicated every single step with us throughout the entire process and answered any questions we had. Debra always went out of her way to do whatever she could to help us out. She made our first time home buying process SO easy. She worked with our schedule to get us in to see houses. As soon as we found the one, she was super prompt in getting an offer written up. Her excellent negotiation skills allowed us to get into a house that was in our price range and perfect for our needs. Debra showed such genuine care for us from start to finish. Debra did an outstanding job with helping us find our new home and sell our old townhouse. Her expertise in the market allowed us to provide a unique offer that was accepted. She stood by us even when a previous contract failed and continuously provided support and suggested houses that would fit our preferences. Debra was also always available and proactively finding houses for us to visit. In addition she was very helpful when we were selling our old townhouse. She made selling the house and finding a buyer very easy and straightforward for us. She was very friendly and great to work with.

Debra is one heck of a real estate professional, she has a vast knowledge of local real estate and assisted us at every process of buying our house in NJ. She's also recommended for inspections, title company and pool inspector. I would highly recommed Debra on any real estate transations.
