Dennis knows how to present your home to show off its “best”. Selling is always an emotional experience especially if it’s been one’s home for a dozen years or more. His sense of humor was always welcome. Nine days on the market with RainCity Digs and we had an offer. No matter my questions, Dennis found the answers for me. When my Mother passed away Dennis helped sell her property. During the early stages of our business relationship he used his network of contacts to get the necessary wetland study, lot layout, and appraisal. When negotiations started to slow down he was there to push them forward again. Without his expertise we would still be trying to finish the sale. Throughout the process Dennis was pleasant, professional, and a pleasure to work with. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again if the need arises.
