Donald did a wonderful job helping my friend and me find a house to rent. We approached him initially through Zillow on the information provided to us on it and he replies within 1 day, even on the weekends. He has helped us with the house tour by providing all the important information a renter should know such as inspections, property repairs, and important utilities. He was very approachable and helpful, he even helped calm the worries of our parents when they decided to give him a call about the house. He even provided us with knowledge of the local restaurants and stores within our area to check out. Donald is a very charismatic person and I would recommend him to any of my mates in the future for rental or purchases.

Our past experience of buying a home 8 years ago with Don's services was so positive that we chose him again in the sale of our home. What we liked about Don is how he captured every one of our needed criteria and he had knowledge in the history of each house he showed, functional features, pros and cons. The knowledge of the areas, past and future developments demontrated his experience in the real estate. He answered our questions and did research on those he couldn't answer on the spot. He dedicated so much of his time to us and made himself available when we needed him. Because of all the above, we trusted him in finding our home and also in ensuring we took the necessary steps to have a successful sale. We could not thank him enough for all the work he did for us. I would HIGHLY RECCOMMEND Don  to anyone!!!

Don is an amazing real estate agent. He truly dedicated time to the sale of the home. His communication was excellent. Knowledge of the area was impressive. Century 21s website and updates was very helpful - offering a constant update on activity on the home. Don communicated customer feedback which was another great tool to understand the interest and what shoppers were looking for. We highly recommend Don and will use him for any future transactions.

Don was a great help in finding my first home so why not acquire his skillset to find my second. Just as before Don did not disappoint. He understood what I needed in a home and the wants. Once I found my home Don put everything in motion and made the buying experience smooth and headache free. IF I need to move again I will definitely call upon Don and Century 21 again.
