I moved from one coast to the other and Team Molet was referred to me by my west coast agent and I was so impressed by the team. As a new transplant to central MA, I had no contacts to work with but Donna Molet and Michael Ledger helped me out so much with trustworthy and reliable people to work with during and after the closing of my house. Team Molet was attentive and put my needs first, ensuring the closing processed with my best interests in mind. Michael was extremely diligent and did a lot of the research leg work for me during the house hunting process, and managed a lot of the difficult negotiations. I simply can't recommend him enough.

We sold our house in Rutland, Massachusetts through Donna Molet, and our experience with Donna was phenomenal. We first met Donna in one of her showings, and we liked the way she approached us. We decided to give Donna a chance in our search for a new home, and selling our existing home. First, we checked some lots in Boylston and we met Donna there. The moment we decided that she will be our agent is when she put on boots and walked the lots for us. We did not expect her to do that! Since that moment we decided that Donna will be our agent, and we are glad we made that choice. Throughout the process of selling our home Donna was always on top of things, and we never had to wait to hear back from her for any question we had. We did three real estate transactions in the past and dealt with other agents, but a lot of the work we had to do ourselves, but not with Donna. She took care of everything and explained everything to the very detail. We will continue to work with Donna in the future and for our next transaction later in the year. Donna Molet was a godsend as I looked to sell my condo in Worcester, Massachusetts. Not only did she deliver on her proposed turnaround time, which I thought was fast, she was able to secure a higher price than I expected, AND handled all the bits and pieces to get the condo looking its best before it went on the market. Donna is an absolute pro, a thoughtful and kind soul, and I am extremely grateful for her help.
