Mrs Donna is the nicest, most honest and caring person I know. She has helped me buy and sell homes. She has been great every step of the way! I would certainly use her for all my future real estate dealings!

Donna was very helpful in selling our home. She took the time to explain all the details of the transaction and was always easy to get in contact with with any questions. We would use Donna again if we ever have a need for a Real Estate Agent.

My poor hairdresser! I am always the client who sits in the chair with unreasonable expectations and no clue how to make what I envision match up with what I actually need or what is good for me. As a first time homebuyer, I quickly determined this same personality trait of mine rings true across the board. Thank God for Donna Vincent! My husband and I sat down with her the first time with no clue what we wanted or needed. Donna was so gracious and patient with us...the neediest, most clueless clients ever! She was thorough, walking us through the entire process, matching us up with a fantastic lender, assisting us in the decision on what school district was best suited for our sweet family, meeting us at the most unreasonable hours to accommodate management schedules and four children's practices - often meeting with us multiple times to show houses we were undecided on, was honest with us, went to bat in negotiation when the time came, guided us through inspections/paperwork/insurance/payment questions, and kept prompt communication with us when we were on pins and needles during the waiting process. Donna Vincent was a great teacher, leading us through the process which seems overwhelming at times! My husband and I were so pleased with her market knowledge, ability to guide us through flaws in some of the homes we looked at, and especially her heart! She cared. Most of all, the same quality I love about my hairdresser, I found in Donna...she listened to the desires of our heart, and matched our desire with our vision, needs and budget. Today, we are in our dream home.

I have dealt with Real Estate Professionals before. Most of them were apathetic and unresponsive---like they were doing me a favor by looking for me a house to buy. Donna is not this way. After meeting for the first time, she had in mind exactly what we were looking for and used her own judgment for culling things we would not be interested in. Saving us time. Donna always stayed in contact with us, always accepted our calls and meet with us when we were available. You will not be disappointed with Donna. She is knowledgeable in the East Texas area, dependable and very friendly and very easy to work with---She is professional. Wich is something rare these days.
