Donnell is amazing. He not only has a ton of local knowledge, but he also knows his stuff. He knows what to look out for and is great with connecting first time homebuyers with resources and essential points of contact. He went above and beyond to show me how to vet and select my loan company, title company, and even contractors for renovations. He made personal recommendations and was always honest in all of his advice. I 100% trust Donnell and will continue to work with him as I build my real-estate portfolio.

The customer service is extraordinary. Donnell is very responsive and knowledgeable about the entire buying process. He made sure that he customized my searches to my satisfaction. Upon meeting with Patrice and discussing what I needed, her response and knowledge says she’s the one to get the job done. During the process, he I saw that she was extremely experienced and I felt confident in all she said and did. I bought my Condo first and sold my townhouse with her as my realtor for both. Donnell is an AMAZING realtor! He ensures that you are knowledgeable of all processes. He makes sure you do not go without hearing from him in a timely manner. He offers great recommendations for your home when selling to guarantee a return on your investment and he goes above and beyond for his clients. I’ve known Donnell for about 7 years now. He helped me buy my first home, he has now helped me sell it, and he is also helping my husband and I buy our home together! Not only is Donnell very professional, he has become a friend. He puts out any “fires” without complaint, and I am truly appreciative of his work! He always kept me calm in this process and ensured me that everything will work out!
