Douglas and Nancy did an outstanding job assisting us with the purchase of our house. They are expertise in the market's geographic area. There are instrumental in determining a competitive purchasing price while considering the future resale value for the area. Also they were very involved in all during our searching time . Douglas and Nancy are very involved in all aspects of the closing. In addition they are very friendly, responsive, flexible, set up regular visits, and always gave great advice. They are our to go to when it comes to real estate and house hunting.

Doug and his wife Nancy were very kind, respectful, open and honest about the entire home buying process. They took the time to get to know us and gave us a very personal experience. Despite being under a time crunch, they were able to help us find our perfect home to start our family!

Can't say enough good things about Doug and Nancy. He's guided me through a couple of purchases now, including one that was a total cluster in terms of issues that arose between signing the contract and closing. They helped me through all of them and helped me get a fair deal and all the credits I asked for. A+ people will be working with again.

Sent a message to connect with a realtor on Zillow at about 7pm on Halloween night (a Saturday this year), and within 15 minutes or so I was getting a call from Douglas on the phone. I wanted to connect with a local realtor for the area a home was in, because they sell fast in this market, and I was hoping to see it that home soon. Well Douglas arranged that night for me to view the home the next day, which was on a Sunday. The home looked nice, but definitely wasn’t for me, but it’s a home I found. Douglas offered to find me some homes listed for sale and show them to me, and within a day or two I had over 10 potential new choices in my price range. At that time I immediately found one I knew I wanted to check out. Within that week we had an appointment to babies the home, and Douglas made sure it was on my day off so it wouldn’t affect my work schedule. Well once the walk through was completed, I knew I was wanting to buy it and started running numbers in my head. And a few months later I closed on my new home. Douglas made it very easy for a first time home buyer, as I didn’t understand that there were more to some of the processes than you’d think. He also recommended a individual who did a great inspection on the home when I was unfamiliar with inspectors in this area. Douglas and I would update each other sometimes every few days, sometimes every other week depending on what new information we found out that would get us closer to completing the closing process. Douglas and his Partner Nancy were able to arrange a final walk through just before the closing so I could check out the house, and even did so at a time that worked best with my work schedule. I would hire him again, however he did such a good job finding me this home, I won’t be in the market for quite a long time.

Doug was a pleasure to work with from the beginning to end. He provided valuable honest opinions of the properties shown. Over the course of three months looking at houses, he patiently helped me find the best house for me. He explained how things work every step of the way. Even when my lender was giving me convoluted answers, he knew exactly how to help me understand what the next step in the process was.
