I recently worked with Doug to sell my house. It was a very smooth and quick process. Doug helped me price my house appropriately, and he was always available throughout the negotiation process. He was a great communicator and was always eager and willing to answer my numerous questions. Doug is very friendly and knowledgeable and it was a pleasure to work with him as my real estate agent. My house was only on the market for 4 days and then was sold. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I'm so glad I got to work with Doug and would highly recommend him to anybody looking for a realtor.

Doug was a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process of listing and selling my house. He is very professional and is knowledgeable of the market. He had excellent suggestions for how to present and market my house. He was always available and extremely responsive to my calls and messages. Doug worked very hard to sell the house at a very good price. I highly recommend Doug.

Doug is extremely friendly, courteous, and responsive. He is very knowledgeable which was really helpful to first time home buyers such as us. We never felt pressured and will honestly miss our weekly Sunday tours.

Doug was an absolute pleasure to work with. We toured about 15 properties and bid on 5 of them in a span of about five months. Doug never missed a beat. In the end, we found exactly, and I mean exactly what we wanted along the historic Newtown Creek. I remember telling Doug, "This is it. This is the one. Make it happen." 72 hours later we had a three day new listing under contract. I told Doug after settlement that he has earned a lifelong referral and I meant it. Bottom line... Use Doug Raitt
