Drew is a fantastic agent. He always went above and beyond for us when we were selling our condo. The video he made was down right great. Whether you’re selling a $100,000 home or a million dollar home he treats the same way. Drew was always there to answer our questions or keep us updated on everything. He truly cares about you and wants you to get all you can for the sale. He is “Simply the Best” better than all the rest. The best thing for us is we made a lifetime friend along the way.

I will let our timeline speak to how masterful Drew was in the selling process of our home. I called Drew on a Tuesday that we desired to list our home with him. On Thursday, Drew came to our home and we signed the paperwork. The next day, Friday, a wonderful photographer took the pictures to be used in the listing. The very next day, Saturday, Drew listed the house at 10:30 am. Because of the excitement that Drew created for our house by the listing and asking price, the winning offer for our house came through early that Saturday evening by 6:30 pm. We were astonished not only at the speed at which our house sold, but also by the high price of the winning offer. And it was very much because of the efforts, knowledge and professionalism that Drew Cheetwood brought to the table. Needless to say it was a pleasure and a lot of fun working with Drew because he is not only a great realtor, but a master at Dad jokes too! We highly recommend Drew to anyone who needs to buy or sell a home.

Drew was recommended by one of my financial consultants and I found him to be a delight to work with as I sold my mother’s home. Since I live 3 hours away from Mom’s house, Drew had to manage the entire sales process for me, which required extra work from him. Honestly the process was easier, and more fun, than I expected it would be thanks to Drew’s initiative, experience, and light-hearted personality. Even Mom’s nosy neighbor liked him!

Always will to find some time even with my work schedule. Helped with any questions I had throughout the process of buying my house. Would definitely recommend him to anyone trying to buy or sell a home.
