I interviewed realtors to determine who would work the best for me. I liked Dustin from our first conversation but wondered if he could be a tough negotiator because he was so nice. I was leaning towards a realtor who was more matter of fact, something kept nagging at me so I called Dustin & asked him point blank - can you be tough in negotiating. He said you bet I can! I hired him never looking back. He was strategic in negotiating the offer, thought of things I didn't & took care of some issues behind the scene to make my closing easy! Hire a Vet - Hire Dustin, you won't be sorry, I wasn't!

Dustin is amazing. This was my first time buying a home and he took the time to explain everything to me. With the market the way it is he was still able to get us in a home without overpaying and stress free. He does so much behind the scenes that I had no worries that we were getting the best deal and being well taken care of. He is honest and will give you his honest opinion. If you need a realtor that takes great care of his clients pick Dustin!!

Dustin went above and beyond all expectations with this deal. I could not have asked for a better agent who knew how to get things done! I knew exactly what to expect and when to expect it. He didn't overwhelm me with background junk, but kept me informed along the way. I would definitely recommend to friends and family!

Dustin is hands down the best real estate agent in Minnesota. He works tirelessly to make his client's real estate goals a reality. I have nothing but positive things to say and will almost certainly be making use of Dustin's expertise in the future.

Dustin Speed w/EXP Realty was/is, by far, the best possible choice I could have made when choosing a realtor. In the past 15-20 years I have had experiences with many realtors for renting and/or buying and selling my property/homes...Dustin far exceeded everyone of those I have dealt with, and sets the bar high. He provided us with detailed information with everything from the market in general, down to the details of my home and what it would take to target and sell to the right buyers. He is very open minded. He doesn't just hear you, he LISTENS to you, and that goes a long way! He meets you in the middle, yet isn't afraid to let you know if your thought process may not be on the right track; he educates you, while admitting he's not always right. If he doesn't have the answer he finds it for you. I learned very quickly that Dustin's network spreads FAR and WIDE!! This is something I’ve always looked for in an agent, and is possibly the greatest asset you could have in a market like this, whether buying or selling...glad I’ve found it! From his social media marketing and networking, to reaching across several agencies, and through several groupings of personal and business networks...you will not find many others out there with this much 'human and social' capital. I have had many talk a big game, but come up empty handed...He doesn't need to talk a big game, because his actions, his expertise and his results prove it. A good person doesn't have to tell you they are good, they just are! Dustin, being a military veteran, helps him understand and communicate with other veterans like myself! He has a vast knowledge of the VA process, communicates effectively, and is a true advocate for you and your needs...that is knowledge and experience that you cannot afford to miss out on!!! Dustin doesn't just sell your home or help you buy a home...he invests himself in you, your home and the entire process, through and through; no loose ends, no unanswered questions, no unknowns, no fears.
