I inherited an historic house that was in bad shape due to age and destructive renters. Ed, Cherie, and the Capstone team helped me with vendor referrals for necessary repairs as well as pointing out what would best increase the sale price. An offer was made soon after the house was put on the market. Along the way a huge roadblock was encountered that would have stopped the sale. Cherie negotiated the issue in an unique way that satisfied both the buyer and me. The sale just went through thanks to the creativity and extraordinary efforts of the Capstone team. I will definitely being using them again .

Chase was professional, timely, and detailed in his explanation of the home buying process. He was helpful in addressing concerns while providing a unique perspective over pros and cons of each home viewed during the process. We would describe Chase Mortensen as a caring and thoughtful person. No matter how many questions or concerns we had, Chase was always open to ideas!! His knowledge and expertise was fantastic!! We couldn't have been more satisfied!!! We lost a few houses due to cash offers but Chase was always there to keep our hopes high!! And then it happened, we found the perfect home!! Chase immediately wrote up a full listing offer. We waited for the VA appraisal. It came back ten thousand dollars short so Chase went to bat for Us and Wala!!! Chase pull off the biggest steal for us!! He got us our Dream Home!! And saved us 10 thousand dollars in a Very Hot Phoenix market!! We can't thank him enough!!! Stacey was so informative and helpful during the entire home buying process. As first time home buyers, she was there with us every step of the way. She always answered any and all questions we had pretty immediately. She made the process so much less stressful than what we were anticipating. I can't even imagine the amount of work she put in behind the scenes. With how crazy this market is, she was always very quick to get us same day viewings. You'd think she didn't have any other clients with how ready to go she was, lol. She was always so positive throughout the entire process. If there's anyone I know who is in need of an agent, Stacey is who I'll be recommending. She is just the absolute best.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience with Megan! This was our first time going through the home buying process in addition to being just shy of our first year in the Valley.
