Ms. Seth sold our Condo/apt. in Suitland, MD and our Townhouse in Fort Washington, MD in 2021. She is a real go getter! High energy, very professional knows the industry and contracts. She gives feedback to ensure our properties got sold! Always on time, she is warm and friendly. We referred Ms. Seth to our son who was looking to purchase. He bought his first property with her help and expertise at a reduced price. We think she is awesome and will refer her to all who are looking for a excellent agent! Ms. Seth is the best agent we have ever dealt with!

I was a client of Ms. Seth’s along with my mom. I explained to her that I needed to sell my moms home and move her in with me due to health reasons. Ms. Seth was very understanding and took her time with myself and my mother. She explained every process to us step by step. I was unable to take my mom to close so Ms. Seth came and picked her up and took her to close explained everything to her and drove her back home. I promise you will not go wrong by having her as your agent. I definitely plan to do more business with her in the future.

She is simple the BEST!! SHE WORKS WITH YOU TO FIND EXACTLY WHAT YOUR LOOKING FOR, AND WILL NOT REST UNTIL SHE DOES SO..GOES OUT OF HER WAY...THATS WHAT AN AGENT SUPPOSE TO DO FOR THEIR CLIENTS..

My husband and I worked with Elisa to to purchase our first home. From the very beginning she was very easy to talk to and really listened to our needs and wants. Elisa was honest and knowledgeable about the local market, communicates clearly, and is prompt with responses. Also, she took the time to explain any and all questions we had and anything we did not understand. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend her to anybody that is looking to purchase a house in and around the Washington DC area.

I worked with Mrs. Elisa to help me find rental properties in the Prince George's County area. Unfortunately, many problems arose during the process, but at no fault of our own. Seeing as though this was my first move and I had time constraints, Mrs. Elisa did her very best to make sure I was "in the know" and at ease (as much as I could be lol) during the process. Not getting off of work before 7-8pm made it difficult for me to meet during the day, but Mrs. Elisa was more than willing to work with me and accommodated my schedule. Not only did she walk with me through the process, but she sent me my FIRST "Congrats on Your New Home" card. :) She's not only professional, but is personable. I would and DO recommend her to anyone wanting to relocate, whether it's rental properties or you're looking to buy. My experience with Mrs. Elisa was well worth it.
