We just sold our house and purchased a new home with Liz as our realtor. Working with Liz has been an exceptional experience. We had interviewed 2 other realtors and were very disappointed to hear what they expected our property to sell at. We decided to work with Liz, as she believed and was very confident with getting our house sold at a much higher price, which was in sync with our expectations. Liz did an excellent job showcasing the house on the MLS website, staging the house and adding great professional grade pictures, which peaked interest in the property from potential buyers, yielding in multiple offers on our house within day 2 of being on the market, resulting in the contract being signed on day 3! Liz is very professional, approachable and prompt to respond. We liked that she mostly uses texting for day-to-day communication, which was very convenient. Buying our new home was also a great experience with Liz. She made sure to keep in mind and took into accounts all of our wants/needs when finding us a new home. She gave us very good insight on few characteristics of certain properties that gave us the impression of a well trained professional eye. She was very patient, insisted on seeing more properties before finding us the right home and is always looking out for her clients’ interests. We never felt rushed into making a decision; Liz did a great job of finding us the right house with good negotiation skills. We are very happy with our new home and are excited to create new memories. We would definitely work with Liz again and highly recommend her as a realtor to buy and/or sell real estate! We thank Liz and appreciate all the hard work she put in for us!

Elizabeth was very good to work with. She was very knowledgeable about market in our location, and kept us up to date on a continuous basis. I would recommend her to all my friends and family.

From start to finish Elizabeth was there answering questions and helping us with our first home. She even did visits to the house without us to make sure things were getting done. She was always available to us no matter how many times we needed to see the house or speak with via email/text/or call. I would recommend her to anyone asking for a realtor!

We was first time home buyers. Elizabeth made this process smooth. She explain everything thoroughly. She told us what to expect during the process. She was always available to answer your questions she is very knowledgeable. Also she referred us to a great real estate attorney. We had such a great experience working with her. She was with us all the way to the end. I will definitely recommend her.

Liz was amazing she was definitely the right realtor for me. I have a semi chaotic work schedule but she did all the follow up for me which was great and reaching out to me. She's been helpful and reached out several times to make sure I was all set during the entire process. This was my first house and she made the process much less stressful.
