Liz Montoya, was a GREAT real estate sales person. I recommend that if you're looking for an agent that will really care and give her ALL for her clients; that you contact her. As a past client for several closings I HIGHLY recommend. <br/><br/>When my home was having trouble selling she came to my home and gave me tips, such as, staging. I followed advice with staging and even altered parts of the home to give it a more "open" floor plan it completely made my listing stronger. <br/><br/>Thanks to Liz's advice and professionalism we got this home SOLD!

Liz was very helpful in assisting us in selling our property. We had listed with a previous realtor with only 2 showing in 6 months. When we met with Liz, she quickly did an assessment on the property, asked what our bottom line was and provided us with some helpful ideas for showing the house. Within 2 days we had several showings and this reflects on Liz’s professionalism and vast knowledge of real estate market. She is well networked within the real estate community and maintained constant contact with us through out the sale of the property. Her professional and can do attitude enable us to sell our property within 15 days of listing with her. We are very pleased with her work and would highly recommend her.
