Emily served as my buying agent when I first moved to Knoxville a few years ago. She was so patient and kind as I was buying my first house in Tennessee. I was truly terrified about making the wrong decision, but she provided me the necessary support and resources to make the home buying process as smooth as possible. More recently, she was willing to serve as my selling agent for the house she helped me buy a few years ago. I was feeling very overwhelmed with so much going on with me personally. I had an accepted a new job out-of-state and was trying to finish out all my responsibilities in Knoxville, so I was hoping for a quick, fair sale. Emily was able to keep me sane and walk me through the process, just like she did when I was the buyer. My first offer ended up falling through, but she was able to work her real estate magic and get an even better offer submitted almost immediately after the first one fell through. That offer went through very smoothly and we were able to close on time with no issues. She is so good about communicating, following up, answering questions, and explaining the overall process and next steps. I would have loved to have been able to bring her to Oklahoma to help with my latest home buying process, but I know I can still reach out to her anytime with any questions. I have gladly recommended her to colleagues and friends in Knoxville because I know they will have the same amazing experience I did. She is truly first class.

As an investor, I've had a great experience working with Emily over the past few years from out of state. I've bought and sold several properties with her including some off market opportunities. She's been very reliable, been willing to go above and beyond, and move fast at a moments notice to walk a property or submit an offer. I highly recommend using Emily as a real estate agent.

In one word, Emily was simply AMAZING! She showed us multiple properties in multiple counties and worked with us with the patience of a saint over several months to find us our dream home in West Knoxville. Her knowledge of the area is second to none and she was always available to answer any questions we had. She even attended the inspection on our behalf as we were living out of state. To top it all off, her proficiency in the art of real estate ended up saving us a lot of money and time. If you're in the market for a new home or selling a home in Tennessee, then the only phone call you need to make is to Emily. We will be clients for LIFE!

My family and I, highly recommend Emily Golec because she is knowledgeable, caring, and a true professional. It was a pleasure to work with her. Purchasing a residence in Eastern Tennessee while living across the country presented Emily with unique challenges. The vast majority of our interactions were via phone or computer. Over a period of three months, she supplied us a with a daily listing of homes that were for sale that met our criteria. Several times a week we would ask her to view some of the homes. On at least a half dozen occasions, I would ask to see homes, the same day that they were listed. Emily always worked us into her schedule and never made us feel like we were imposing on her. She would show us the homes rain or shine, and would come prepared with a lot of useful information regarding the home, the neighborhood, and schools. Emily was very responsive to our needs throughout the entire process. Her regular communication with us, the seller, our lender, and the title company ensured that there were no delays or mishaps that would interfere with the purchase of our new home. She also agreed to be present on our behalf for the home inspection and the final walk through. Even after closing, she volunteered to check on the residence until our arrival; several months later. Emily’s compassion, professionalism and unwavering devotion to her clients are a reflection of a real estate agent of the highest caliber. Thank you Emily!

Emily is amazing! She has helped us buy our first home and negotiated for exactly what we asked for. She made us feel like we were her only client, meeting us near daily and having non-stop communication. She has been working with us non-stop through this entire process and is extremely knowledgeable and able to answer any questions we have. When it is time to upgrade, we will be back!
