Paul helped my mom sell her co-op and purchase a condo in Fresh Meadows. He was always available by phone/text. My mother had a lot of questions about the property and if Paul didn’t know, he was prompt in finding out the answers. He follows up with us periodically even after our deal was completed. Working with Mr Michael was great. I was working with a different realtor but things didn't work out. Mr Michael was extremely responsive whenever I called him. My home was originally on the market for over 10 months with a different realtor. When Mr Michael helped me, he set up a weekend showing and within two weeks, we had numerous offers to choose from. Eric was incredible. He was patient and knowledgeable (I am a first time seller) and quickly got the deal done at a great price. As an absentee seller he helped me engage all the local pros needed from lawyers to cleaners. He and his team did a great job of marketing the property. He helped me price it just right and it quickly sold at an excellent price.
