I really enjoyed working with Scott. He was very familiar with and knowledgeable about the metro and suburban metro area we were searching in. He's experienced, friendly, professional, and has a really impressive ability to quickly arrange things. He was really responsive, getting back to me often within minutes of me reaching out any time I had a question. Anything we needed, he was there. It was really amazing. I would absolutely work with Scott again, and I highly recommend him if you're looking to buy!

Erica did a great job for us multiple times in the same home search process. We had come to agreement on a house and she was invaluable when it turned out that the selling party was less than honest about the terms and conditions surrounding is. She got hard nosed with them in a hurry and our non-refundable earnest money got refunded. (Yay Erica!) I write this from the house we did end up with and it is all we were looking for. She was doggedly determined that we understood everything clearly and there were not going to be any more surprises. Kudos Erica! Thanks again!

Erica was awesome helping us through the process of buying our first house. She came prepared with information handouts for first-time buyers. She helped with pointing out common problems in houses and cool features as we toured. She was available for any questions we had with the process and great with completing the paperwork and working for us as buyers. Highly recommend her! 4 Stars on local knowledge only because we were outside her typical area. She did have tips on how to investigate the area though.
