Not very good at answering her phone. Not responsive. Called multiple times at various points throughout the day and have never received a call back. I will definitely be finding a new agent, perhaps someone that knows how to use their cellphone.

Don't walk... RUN. I purchase and sell 2-3 homes a year, and this was by far the most unprofessional experience I've had with any agent. I initially reached out to her on this listing to submit an offer and use her as my agent even tho she was the listing agent. She was rude right off the bat. Getting any type of response was an absolute nightmare. At that point, I decided I didn't trust her to be my agent, so I found another agent to submit the offer. They accepted. Her seller wouldn't sign a simple addendum to add the zip code to the purchase agreement that also stated the deal was NOT contingent on getting a fix and flip loan. Saying the seller wanted to do cash only after they signed and accepted our original offer, where we attached our loan pre-approval. She took about a whole week to communicate this to us even tho my agent was hounding her every day, and she would just leave my agent on "read." This almost single-handedly sabotaged our funding. 2 days before closing, we had a final walk-through with my contractor, and we found the floor had been cut into to gain access to the crawl space and PVC pipes lying around.. We asked what the owner did, and at first, she brushed it off like it wasn't a big deal. I didn't get an answer as to what the owner did and why until about an hour AFTER I signed at closing. I don't believe she did her job with any level of care or attention to detail.

She is very focused on success for her clients. She understands the many parts of a successful deal including getting a home ready for sale, timing on listing, pricing it right, and marketing the home. She sticks with you throughout the transaction to bring it to a successful close.

We are working with Erika trying to locate a particular type of property in an area that will work for access to work, safety for children and is affordable. A tall order to be sure. Erika began to work with us immediately and continues to keep us up to date and respond quickly to all requests. Having been a Realtor myself in earlier years, I know this takes not only the desire to make money, but a real dedication to meeting your clients needs and caring about helping them even when their budget is difficult to work within. I have enjoyed working with her and highly recommend hers to other.

I am so happy that I found Erika. She helped me sell my home and is helping me buy my next. Tells it like it is, doesn't force you into something. 100 % recommended.
